supporting and sustaining you –

Rest with Yoga Nidra

Experience Deep Rest and Come Back to Yourself

Yoga Nidra is a guided journey

into a state of deep rest –
between wakefulness and sleep.

 

You can lie down or sit comfortably

and will be guided step by step.

 

Your body can relax,
your mind can become quiet.

 

You can leave everyday life behind for a while
and simply be.

 

You may begin to experience a state 
in which you come back to yourself
and draw new strength.

 

In this way, you can meet yourself more deeply.

 

Especially if you find it difficult
to relax or become still,
the guided practice can help you.
