Yoga Nidra – Deep Rest and Connecting More Deeply with Yourself

An Invitation to Take Time Just for Yourself

Sometimes we feel tired or exhausted

and long for some rest –

without quite knowing

how to slow down and settle.

Perhaps you find it difficult

to switch off

or simply be still.

In Yoga Nidra, you are gently guided –

you can simply leave your daily life behind

and take some time

to connect more deeply with yourself.

Be good to yourself

A gentle invitation to connect more deeply with yourself.

What Makes Yoga Nidra Special

Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of deep rest –

between wakefulness and sleep.

This practice is based on an ancient yogic technique

and is often experienced as a guided meditation.

You can lie down or sit comfortably.

You are invited to simply let go –

there is nothing you need to do

and nothing you need to achieve.

Just be.

Your body can relax,

your mind can become quiet,

and new strength and energy for everyday life may begin to emerge.

You can become aware

of what is there within you

and come into contact with what is within you.

You are open to whatever arises in you,

allowing it to be there,

and enjoying this moment of deep stillness.

Yoga Nidra can support your well-being

and bring a greater sense of inner contentment.

Especially if you find it difficult

to slow down or be still,

the guided practice can support you.

Many people feel as rested and refreshed

after half an hour of Yoga Nidra

as they would after two hours of sleep.

Yoga Nidra can feel like

a short holiday in the middle of everyday life.

What Yoga Nidra Can Offer

Yoga Nidra invites you

to leave everyday life behind

truely connect with yourself.

Over time, the benefits of this practice

may begin to unfold.

For example:

  • deep physical and mental relaxation
  • a sense of inner peace and restoration
  • a calmer relationship with everyday stress
  • renewed strength and clarity
  • a sense of safety and being supported

Many people feel refreshed and well-rested

after a Yoga Nidra practice.

What to Expect

You can lie down comfortably,

covered with a blanket on the floor or in bed,

or sit comfortably in a chair or armchair,

warm and supported,

while following my voice

as it gently guides you through the practice.

Unlike classical yoga,

Yoga Nidra does not include physical exercises.

No previous experience is required.

You may follow the guidance

or simply rest –

whatever feels right for you.

There is nothing to achieve,

and nothing you can do wrong.

It is perfectly okay

if your mind wanders

or if you fall asleep.

You can change your position at any time –

in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

Who Yoga Nidra Is For

Yoga Nidra may be especially helpful for people

who are sensitive and reflective,

who give a lot to others and feel exhausted –

and who would like to take time for themselves again,

restore their energy and strength,

and follow their own path.

Ways to Experience Yoga Nidra

You can experience Yoga Nidra in different ways –

depending on what you need at this time.

One-to-One Support with Yoga Nidra

Available online or in person.

In a one-to-one session,

I gently guide you through a Yoga Nidra practice.

In the conversation that follows,

you have time

to reflect on your experience at your own pace

and explore what it means for you.

This format is especially suitable

if you would like to take some dedicated time for yourself

to connect more deeply with yourself.

You can choose a single session

or ongoing support over a longer period of time –

depending on what feels right for you at this moment.

A session lasts 90 minutes and costs €125.

When you book your session, you will be able to choose an appointment time

and complete the payment.

I will then send you all further information.
